Portfolio: Chapel Hill RenovationThe client required a first floor master bedroom and bath for “aging in place” capabilities. A first floor bedroom was renovated into a master bath, including a stackable laundry, and walk- in closet. The Kitchen was updated and the living/dining and kitchen were opened into a more spacious area for easier entertaining.
