Hope Valley Renovation & Addition

An older small brick ranch transformed into a lovely home with modern livable spaces. The exterior was updated with cream stucco walls and a new roof. Walls were removed on the interior to accommodate a two person kitchen and new laundry suite. The kitchen has a desk area, built in pantry and bookcases for cookbooks. It is finished with a subzero refrigerator, granite counter tops, hardwood floors and cherry cabinets. The carport became the new home office and half bath. Stacked "Superior Walls" create a large garage that includes lots of storage and craft room. The expansive room above is for exercise, another office, full bath and a large closet that can be converted into a future elevator.
